- Acted for the operator in arbitration and litigation on disputes surrounding a USD88 million package of a gas field development off Malaysia and Thailand
- Acted for the employer in an ICC arbitration brought by a logistics contractor for USD2.8 million
- Acted for the employer in an arbitration with the main contractor for the design and build of the parks in the Federal Government Administrative Centre in Putrajaya
- Acted for the main contractor in an arbitration with the employer arising from earth, road and drainage works for a mixed development in Johor Bahru, Malaysia
- Acted for a property manager in an arbitration with the developer arising from a Property Management Agreement
- Acted for the employer in an arbitration with a software developer arising from an agreement to develop software for an insurer
- Acted for a joint venture partner in an arbitration in Mumbai, India with the other two joint venture partners arising from the proposed development of oil and gas marginal fields of the west coast of India
- Representative for a sub-contractor in a mediation with the main contractor arising from the sub-contract for the Electrified Double Track Project between Rawang and Ipoh
